Perry County Fatality

(Hazard) - Kentucky State Police Post 13 in Hazard assisted the Perry County Sheriffs Department with a fatal incident on highway 15 in the Bonnyman Community of Perry County. 1 person was pronounced deceased in the accident. 2 patients were flown to UK Medical Center, and 1 patient flown to the Holston Valley Medical Center. Trooper Brandon Thomas is assisting Deputy Morgan with the reconstruction. Deputy Kyle Morgan with the Perry County Sheriffs Dept is investigating the accident.
