Pike County Man Pleads Guilty

  • {Kentucky}...Jeffrey Mullins, 27, of Pike County, pleaded guilty this week  to one count of second-degree manslaughter and two counts of second-degree assault, avoiding a trial. Police say, last December, Mullins was driving on U.S. Route 460 in the Regina area when his vehicle crossed the center line and hit an on-coming car containing three women. The accident killed 76 year old Marie Stiltner. Janice Baker and Linda Walker were taken to a local hospital. Mullins will be sentenced November 18th.
