Government Seeks Property Forfieture

{Pikeville, Kentucky}...The government is seeking forfieture of property owned by Michael Randall Crager, a Floyd County man  indicted this week in United States District Court in Pikeville on a charge of knowingly and intentionally growing 100 or more marijuana plants. As part of the indictment, the grand jury also made a forfieture allegation which states that the property used to grow the marijuana, 20 acres located in Hueysville, be forfeited to the federal government. If convicted, Crager could face more than 40 years in prison, a $5 million fine, and three years of supervised release.
