Elkhorn City Gets Grant

• {Elkhorn City, Kentucky}... Monday afternoon, state and county officials in Pikeville presented Elkhorn City leaders with checks totaling $100,000. Elkhorn City Mayor Mike Taylor says the grant money will help provide funds for new sewer lines, new water lines, new water hook-ups and new drain lines. Mayor Taylor is applying for more grant money to fix the swimming pool and make other improvements to the city.
