{Jenkins, Kentucky}...The Kentucky attorney general's office says 69 year old James F. Tackett of Jenkins was scheduled to stand trial Tuesday in Letcher County Circuit Court but instead has pleaded guilty to theft, exploitation of a vulnerable adult and income tax fraud. Tackett, former Golden Years Rest Home administrator, admitted using some of the money to buy personal vehicles. The more than $300,000 was to be used for care of residents at Golden Years. Sentencing is set for February 23rd.
