Man Pleads Not Guilty In Pikeville Stabbing

{Pikeville, Kentucky}... A preliminary hearing is set next week for 21 year old Daniel Gillispie who pleaded not guilty Thursday to assault first degree and impersonating a police officer. Police say, Tuesday night, Gillispie claimed to be a police officer to get 21 year old Tommy Bray to open the door at an apartment building on Poplar Street in Pikeville and then stabbed him. Bray is in intensive care at Pikeville Medical Center. Gillispie's bond remains $30,000 dollars cash.
