Knox County Hospital Struggles With Budget

{Barbourville, Kentucky}...Crag Morgan, the CEO at the Knox County Hospital, had a private meeting Monday with his employees to explain why some of their checks bounced Friday afternoon. Morgan says debt left over by a previous management staff to late Medicaid payments is an issue they will have to get through together. Morgan says the checks have been cashed, and he takes the blame for the billing issue and had all people in administration hold their checks so other employees were paid as soon as possible. Ever since Medicaid was implemented, Morgan says the hospital has struggled financially.
