Kentucky State Police have arrested 65 year old Glenn Powell on multiple charges ranging from menacing, terroristic threatening and wanton endangerment after the Kentucky State Police bomb squad and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, ATF were called to his home in Knox County Wednesday after several complaints of an obscene sign displayed in his yard on Kentucky 3440. The sign referenced a “Hillside Daycare” and had obscene words on it and at the end said “Come one, come all, bring your cat.”
Police say they had also been called about his wife who had been allegedly missing for two weeks. They located her, and she just had not been staying at the residence. Police found an explosive device on an outside attached garage and 68 rifles and handguns in the home. One of the guns had been reported stolen. Powell is scheduled to be in court April 3rd.
