{Sandy Hook, Kentucky}...Kentucky State Police say they busted a possible bootlegging operation in Elliott County Thursday. Troopers went to the home of Carlene Gilley on Skaggs Flat Road in Sandy Hook where they found approximately 20 cases of beer and 85 half pints of liquor inside the residence. Gilley was arrested and charged with illegal possession of alcohol in a dry territory. The case remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police in Morehead.
