Letcher County Man Pleads Guilty

• {Whitesburg, Kentucky}...Twenty year old Michael Baker, who was arrested after he posted a picture of himself on Facebook stealing gas from a Jenkins police cruiser, pleaded guilty Monday to theft by unlawful taking. Baker's girlfriend, Joann Sandelin, snapped the picture they say was meant to be a joke. Baker says he only got a little gas, but, in the eyes of law enforcement, it is still the same crime.
