{Prestonsburg, Kentucky}...Charles Hall was arrested at the Alpike Motel in Floyd County in connection with a recent robbery at Patel's Quick Mart in Prestonsburg. Surveillance video shows Hall and another person entered the building, pulled a gun, and demanded cash from the register.
