Police say, in October of 2010, Harold Pennington, Ricky Turner, Lonnie Callahan, Lonnie Ray Callahan, and Millard Miniard beat Norman Adams to death and threw his body down a hill in Leslie County to make it look like he was killed in an ATV accident. A pre-trial hearing is set for October 3rd. Their trial is set to being on November 13th.
