Judge Restores Privileges to Breathitt County School Board Members

A judge Wednesday restored privileges to all five members of the Breathitt County School Board.

Breathitt County District Judge Frank Allen Fletcher wrote the following in an order:

"The Breathitt School Board is restored to the status of participation in school board meetings and business. Mr. Hammond, superintendent, shall consult the Breathitt School Board and major decision making and the board and Mr. Hammond, superintendent, shall do so in good faith."
