New Logan County Judge Sworn in

A new circuit judge in Logan County, W.V. is due to start work.

Williams Douglas Witten was sworn in Friday at the Logan County Courthouse.

Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin appointed Witten in early July to replace the retired Rober L. Perry.

Witten is a West Virginia University law school graduate. He has served in private practice and is a former assistant prosecutor in Logan  County.
